Operational sharing

Information may be shared as necessary with production partners, shipping carriers, payment processors, analytics providers, CRM and communications providers, hosting and technology vendors, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Web2Print USA does not state that operational data is never shared and does not sell customer lists for money.

Analytics, cookies and future advertising tools

The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies to understand performance and conversions. Microsoft Clarity or Meta tools will be disclosed and configured when valid production identifiers and privacy controls are available. Browser or legally required privacy choices will be honored where applicable.

Artwork, student and sensitive information

Do not upload full payment-card data, passwords, unnecessary personal information, or sensitive student records in artwork or quote files. School and institutional customers are responsible for ensuring supplied content is authorized and appropriate for production.

Retention and security

Information is retained for operational, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and customer-service needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.
