Terms and conditions
These terms describe the general online ordering and custom-production practices of Web2Print USA Solutions LLC. Project quotes, purchase orders, and written agreements may include additional terms.

Custom and made-to-order products
Most products are customized and made to order. Ordinary change-of-mind returns generally do not apply after an order enters production. Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, quantities, specifications, delivery information, and artwork before submission or approval.
Artwork, proofs and approvals
Customers represent that they have permission to reproduce submitted content and remain responsible for supplied artwork. Courtesy checks do not guarantee every customer-created issue will be found. When a proof or approval is required, production timing begins after approval. Color, cutting, folding, and quantity tolerances may occur within accepted commercial production standards.
Turnaround and delivery
Production turnaround begins after payment, production-ready artwork, specifications, and required approvals are complete. Required items received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are treated as received the next applicable business day. Production time excludes shipping transit unless expressly stated. Carrier delays and estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless a specific written service says otherwise.
Claims, reprints and refunds
Written claims involving defects, transit damage, or shortages must be submitted within 10 calendar days after delivery with the order number, description, and reasonable supporting photographs or documentation.
When Web2Print USA confirms a qualifying manufacturing or workmanship defect, available remedies may include a reprint, replacement, store credit, or an appropriate refund where approved or legally required. Remedies depend on the verified issue and applicable law.
Payment concerns and disputes
Customers with an order or billing concern are encouraged to contact Web2Print USA first and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it where permitted by law and card-network rules. Web2Print USA may provide checkout authorization, order details, artwork, approvals, communications, tracking, shipment details, and delivery evidence in response to a payment dispute.
Purchase orders and tax exemption
Purchase orders and payment terms are subject to account approval. Tax-exempt treatment requires valid documentation and approval. Customers remain responsible for charges not covered by an approved purchase order or exemption.
Limitation and governing terms
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. If a written quote, solicitation response, or signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the more specific approved written terms control for that project.
